MIGRATION TO THE NEW SERVER

The past Oct 14th at 20:00 UTC we migrate the site to a new server in order to give a better service to the users.
The last submission to the old server was the number 218624. Then be aware that the cpu times for the posterior submissions are not in the same range that before, in order to efficiency comparison of algorithms.

Even though we still have to improve a lot and add new features, the main changes to report till this moment are:

- The speed has increased for a notable factor, which is specially important for managing the information.
- The Java language have been upgraded to 1.6
- The Pascal language is again running as FreePascal 2.2.0

As new changes are coming, let's ask you about what features do you consider of general interest and we will try to implement.
